Description
From Coping to Confidence
A gentle 7-week menopause-aware group coaching programme, supporting you to understand who you’re becoming, envision who you’d like to be, and take small steps to create it with intention and grace
Coping to Confidence is designed for you if you’re in peri- or post-menopause and maybe look like you’re coping—but actually feel foggy, tired, flat, snappy, anxious, or just… not quite yourself.
You’re not broken, and you’re not “going crazy”. If you feel like you’re losing yourself (or losing your mind), you don’t have to figure it out on your own. With the right support, you can achieve steadier emotions, clearer boundaries, more self-trust, and a quiet return of confidence, because you know where you’re going and you’re travelling intentionally.
Menopause can feel like you’re falling apart. But it can also be an invitation to heal, become intentional about your life, and come home to yourself. This course is here to make that journey steadier, kinder, and a lot less lonely, in a warm and supportive environment.
And if a part of you is thinking, “I don’t have time for this”, that could be a clear sign that you really can’t afford not to. When you’re running on empty, everything takes more time and energy—decision-making, sleep, relationships, work, even simple daily tasks. Research proves that taking the time to pause, think, plan, find support, and put a few steady foundations in pays huge dividends – participants have said they leave feeling refreshed, purposeful and back on track on their own terms, not running hard to keep up.
You’ll be part of a small, confidential cohort (maximum 6 women). I’ll gently guide you to understand what’s going on in your body and mind, try small changes that fit your life, and reconnect with what you want next—without pressure, perfection, or “pushing through”.
By the end of the 7 weeks, you can expect to feel:
- More emotionally steady (reducing symptom flares)
- Clearer about who you are—and what genuinely supports that
- Less overwhelmed (because you’ll know what you want, and how to work with your energy and capacity)
- Better able to set gentle, clear boundaries—without guilt
- More trusting of yourself, so decisions feel simpler (and less draining)
- A set of practical tools you can return to any time
What happens inside Coping to Confidence
Over 7 weeks, we’ll combine simple, menopause-aware education with reflection and practices you can use in real life. You’ll have space to be heard, to make sense of what’s changing (in your body, your mood, your relationships), and to take small steps, chosen by you—at a pace that feels doable.
Here’s what we’ll explore together across the 7 weeks:
- Coping—with kindness—and what your current strategies have been doing for you
- Listening to your body, and treating symptoms as information (not a personal failure)
- Boundaries, energy, and capacity—including micro-boundaries you can start straight away
- Shifting from automatic coping to choice (pause, name what’s happening, and give yourself an option)
- Emotional safety and self-trust—feel safer being honest with yourself and others
- Self-compassion, not fluffy, toxic positivity
- Integration: what’s shifted, what you’re keeping, and how it fits with your life
Bonus: free 1:1 private session
After our final group session, you’ll have a free 1:1 with me. It’s a quiet, confidential space to talk things through, make sense of the changes, and choose your next steps with clarity and calm.
How it works
When: Saturdays at 9:30am (UK time) on Zoom.
How long: The sessions last around 90 minutes, but there’s usually 10–15 minutes of chat before (and sometimes after). If you can, pop 2 hours in your diary so you’re not rushing.
Group size: Maximum of 6, so it stays personal, supportive, and safe.
What’s included
- 7 live group coaching sessions on Zoom (no account needed—just join in your browser)
- Your own private course portal on my website, where you also upload your own documents if you wish
- Session slides each week
- Short summaries of the discussion, so you can catch the “gems” without having to rewatch everything
- A gentle workbook to help you reflect and follow through between sessions
Start dates
I start a new cohort every 9 weeks, running on Saturday mornings, Tuesday mornings and Wednesday evenings. If the date and time isn’t quite right for you, you can simply join another one, or let me know when you would like me to run them in the future.
About me
I found my way into holistic health and personal development in 2004 after my marriage split up due to my ex-husband’s mental ill health. Over the years I’ve trained in multiple therapeutic approaches.
When I qualified as a coach and mentor, I knew I wanted to support women through a stage of life that’s still widely misunderstood—and seriously under-supported.
Investment & enrolment
Pay what you want. I want this to be accessible, because I know how hard it can be to spend money on yourself—especially when you’re tired, stretched, or supporting everyone else. So you choose what you pay.
Here are a few suggested contributions. There’s no “right” choice—just what feels right for you right now:
- £50 to £100 — Supported (when you need this to be as affordable as possible)
- £300 to £400 — Sustaining (this helps support my work and leaves me free to support more women)
- £600 to £750 — Pay it forward (this helps subsidise places for other women)
If it’s easier to spread the cost you want to pay, PayPal lets you pay in 3 instalments (choose Pay Later). And if you later decide you’d like to have paid more for it – there’s a Donation option for exactly that.
Once you’ve booked, I’ll send you my Coaching Contract to sign and return (for my insurance records). By attending the sessions, you’re also agreeing to the contract. If there’s something in the contract you’d like to tweak, just ask—if we can’t find something that works for both of us, I’ll refund you.
Important notes
- Confidentiality: This is a confidential space. What’s shared in the group stays in the group. Sessions may be recorded, and the written summaries stay within the cohort. I may want to clip small parts of the session for social media, but I will always honour your decision on whether you’re happy for me to share your participation.
- Not medical advice: I’m not a medical doctor or a qualified nutritionist. This is coaching and general education based on my own research online. You are responsible for your choices and outcomes, and it’s always okay (and encouraged) to seek medical advice if you need it.
